Mandalas

The Mandala is an ancient art form. Throughout history, circles have been drawn in every culture as an expression of human experience on earth. Some say the Mandala is a window to our soul. Universally, the Mandala is used for insight, healing and self-expression. The simple circle perfectly holds whatever is in the centre and it is that centre that can reveal powerful aspects of our human being-ness.
