Intentional Creativity Paintings

The Color of Women and the Intentional Creativity movement satisfied my longing for a deeper connection with myself and with other women. I learned to access my internal guidance system as choices showed up every time I picked up a brush and I listened. I felt relaxed within a circle of women as we created together and supported each others process. This felt so natural and empowering.

Shiloh Sophia McCloud, a generous visionary and teacher, created a thirteen step process allowing a first time artist to paint an archetypal feminine face. It’s a remarkable process used to integrate challenges and gain insight into our internal patterns of self negation. The painting created is always awe inspiring.
