Art is My Delight

Creativity is essential for my well being as a sensitive woman living in this great time of change. I began painting Mandalas when I was 50 years old. With my first painting using vibrant acrylic paints I saw a river of color flowing into my being which opened a portal into my own unique voice.

I have painted for many reasons; to calm my nervous system, to contemplate, to create beauty, to connect with others, to vision, to integrate and to transform. Art is a master teacher. 

I have facilitated painting experiences for 25 years. Many have opened their creative expression by beginning with the simple forms I have taught over these years. I love to watch the joy on the new artists’ faces when they break through the belief of “I am not an artist!”

A significant turning point in my life was becoming a facilitator of Intentional Creativity® in 2015, inspired by Shiloh McCloud. Her Colour of Woman training provided a wonderful framework to bring women together, to support growth, to honour the sacred while creating beauty.

In 2019 I wanted to learn how to hold one on one sessions so I became a facilitator in Flora Aube’s course the Art of Allowing.  The “allowing” process is spacious and flowing; there is a generosity in this environment where each artist develops a beautiful relationship with her own divine feminine.
